Great options

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We bought this months ago but it finally got delivered a few weeks ago. We are so happy as it was a huge upgrade from our electric stove. The various options make baking easy! It takes minutes to preheat and boil water.

Crispy food!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought this a month ago. Potatoes and chicken have come out so crispy, even without the air fry feature. True temperature makes me realize how bad my previous oven was. Only reasons I held back a star are: broiler pan does not come with it and for this price, it really should. Also, the digital pad is flimsy (for lack of a better word). When I press it, it gives way a bit. Also, just FYI, the hot air that vents out the vent in the back is QUITE warm.

Problems

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have this beautiful stove the is hopefully on the road to recovery. There have been more than my fair share of problems. The center burner wouldn't light so that was replaced. While baking and using the burners, I turned a knob and burned my hand. Apparently a part was bent and the oven was not venting properly. That was somewhat fixed and waiting for the part. The kobs sat at an angle and when I turned them, they scraped the panel because it was not at the correct angle. That piece is ordered. So it sits looking beautiful but it has problems. I love the center griddle and the air fryer! The oven temperature seems to be accurate and even. So, I'm hoping to be able to give it a 5 star once it is fully functioning like a new stove should.
