Extremely Unhappy Customer

I bought this range because of it was well reviewed. Less than 2 years after purchasing, I’ve had a Frigidaire approved technician to my house 4 times for the same issue. A few months after I bought it, the oven stopped preheating, heating, or getting to temperature. It was repaired, only to have the same problem happen again a few months later. I’ve had the same part replaced multiple times, yet the oven stops preheating, heating or getting to temperature again. The longest the oven has worked is perhaps 5 months. I did not pay good money to have this terrible of a product. I would not even give it one star, but I had to do this review could be posted.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The clock has never been right since day one. The igniter went out in less than a month of owning it. I've been waiting on parts for 3 weeks now with no oven to use. So, so far I'm not impressed for the price we paid.

DO NOT BUY THIS STOVE

When using the Air Fry Tray, put a baking sheet on the oven rack a position or two below the Air Fry Tray. This keeps drips and crumbs from landing on the oven bottom, where they will burn and make smoke. Place some foil-lined parchment paper on the baking sheet. Parchment paper traps oil and keeps it from smoking.

expectations. We love to cook and try new recipes and thought that this would be a good choice. Let me tell you it over exceeded from the grates to large window in the oven to the 4th burner and learning to air fry making buffalo hot wings that my husband and I enjoy for the first-time air frying! Then we steam cleaned the oven this stove is amazing and love love love it would recommend to everyone.

Good oven, but was it worth the price?

The oven cooks very evenly and maintains its set temperature throughout the cook time. A few things that could be improved on is having an actual cook time where the oven would turn off after the set amount of time. Setting a standard timer is nice, but the oven continues to cook even after the timer goes off. The timer is most useful for stove-top cooking and not oven cooking. I now use my audio reminders (Echo, Siri, etc) to tell me when to check the oven. Cleaning the burners has been my largest problem with this range. The owners manual provides cleaning instructions and to clean burners in soapy water, but does not mention to not soak them. Apparently my soapy water was the wrong kind as all the chrome finish came off after the first cleaning. Replacements are way overpriced after speaking with an online rep from Frigidaire. Needless to say, the appearance of this oven is beautiful when you buy it, but don't expect it to last long. One other thing, this is a Gas Range with Air Fry, but does not come with an air fry basket, however it does come with a griddle? Frigidaire should've provided something to promote the Air Fry feature instead of just a button on the control panel!

Awesome 30" Gas Range with Air Fry

The Oven that also works as a convection and Air fry make it that more versatile and useful for its price. The front display looks high tech but once you figure it out, it is easy to use and very useful. We bought the full kitchen Gallery set and we love it for its looks, functionality and reliability.
