Missing the Burner Grates in box...

Just purchased this unit on Saturday with great anticipation, converted our kitchen to gas, and wanted to get it in and use it ASAP! However, upon opening the box, the Burner Grates were missing, rendering the stove unusable. I'm sure it will be a great range, and I hope to use it soon!

Air Fry amazing idea

So many great features. I really bought this fir the air fry as my husband loves to fry but I hate the mess so hoping this solves the problem. And convection is amazing too. Love how it cooks so even. Excited to try some baking. That’ll be the real test.
