Gorgeous and functional

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This range/oven combo is gorgeous. Everything feels solid and well made. I love the full grate top and even though it might be tough to utilize all the burners at once, the configuration is so versatile and it heats things up so quickly, it still wins in my book. The griddle is cast iron and heavy duty. I store it in the bottom drawer when not in use. I just got the air fryer basket and haven’t tried that feature out yet, but I look forward to it. I’ve used it a few times and there is still a “new chemical” type smell when I turn the oven on. I really hope I didn’t melt a piece of plastic in there that didn’t get removed during install. Other than that, this thing works like a breeze and has minimal heat emitting into the kitchen when it’s on. It comes with 3 oven racks and if you get the air fry basket, that makes 4 racks which gets a little tight. I don’t have a place to store the racks if I need to remove one, but it has 5 rack slots which means I can still cook on 2 without having remove any of them, so it’s only a trivial problem. I would definitely buy this again.

Cooks well, missing features

Good cooking, HOWEVER, --No 'crumb pan', a little lift/slide out feature on others that you sweep into when wiping down the sealed burner cook surface. Since surface is recessed it's difficult to clean well without flipping stuff up onto counter first. --Burner knobs are waaay too easy to turn on. Leaning over to get into upper cabinets results in turning on gas. --No way to lock the digital panel without locking oven also. I store my skillet inside the oven so have to press unlock, wait for 15 seconds to unlock, every time. --Digital panel needs a backlight. Since it's not under the range hood light you have to turn on other lighting besides the under cabinet lighting to see it in the evening. --Digital time LED will light up an entire room. Had to put window tint film over ONLY THE TIME.. Looks nice when dimmed this way. These may sound trivial, but they should be on it.

Love my new gas range

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have only had this a few weeks. I am not impressed with the way it was installed. I am calling the service department because I do not think the burners or the oven are set up properly. i love the looks of the stove.
