Great features, great results

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We bought this range over a month ago and I have to say it has been a welcome addition to our kitchen. I am an avid baker and the results using the convection feature are superb.
I also can't say enough about the air fryer feature and the air fryer pan. Suddenly fried chicken or crispy French fries have been added to our health conscious meal plans.

The burners are so a great feature in that they are both powerful and easy to adjust. And finally, a true convection oven with a gas broiler and easy to clean too.
An attractive, powerful and easy to use range for a very reasonable price that offers features usually only available on more expensive ranges.

Bad choice

Great features

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love having all the necessities in one unit - oven, roasting, stove, air fryer, griddle! We wish there was more storage space at the bottom drawer though. So pans have had to be placed in the oven or elsewhere.

2 Repairs needed on a 4 month old range & repair on a 1 1/2 month old fridge

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased this gas range w/ air fryer when I moved. I previously owned it in electric & loved it. After 2 months, I had a problem with the ignition on the burners. One time a burner would light. Seconds later, nothing but the sound of the gas. This would happen with all the burners. So, the appliance store repaired the problem. Now, less than 2 months later, I finally decided to use the oven. My husband passed away & I hadn't felt like cooking. So, I turned the oven on & a very loud buzzing sound came from the back. I recorded it with my phone. The sound eventually reduced in volume which I also recorded. Needless to say, I shut the oven off & have an appointment to have it looked at this week. I am not at all pleased. I purchased this range, a refrigerator, a dishwasher, & a microwave at the same time. I've already had to have the ice maker changed in the refrigerator after owning it 1 1/2 months. I loved the air fryer feature in my previous range which is why I went lookiing for this when I had to purchase a gas range. I loved the five burners. It even came with a cast iron grill on the center burner. But, I'm regretting

Terrible product

I purchased this in August 2020 and the oven doesn’t work at all. Their service technicians have been out here three times and they still haven’t fixed it. When it did work the air fryer was completely useless. If I was you I would spend a little extra money and get something more reliable.
