Amazing features

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It’s been over a month since I bought this stove and I have no regrets. Having the air fryer range not only allows me to eat healthy fried foods, but it also saves counter space because I don’t have to get a separate equipment. Additionally, the griddle burner is great and convenient for making quick and easy breakfast. Only issue I have is the fact that cleaning can be pain, the grills are super heavy. However, despite that this was a great purchase, go ahead and get it, you’ll be pleasantly surprised.

Issues

I really wanted to love this range. Almost every time I try to preheat the oven, once it reaches about 150-200 degrees it starts to glitch/ range turns off and starts to beep. The control screen freezes and you can press anything. It takes over 30 minutes of playing games with the range to turn it on. So frustrating!

Great features but some problems

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've had this range for 8 months and I love the even temperature of the oven and the BTU of each of the well-designed burners, but I am disappointed with how the enamel top started to bubble within weeks of use and has recently started to chip. I feel that for at least my unit the enamel was not applied or sealed properly. This issue and the often reported air fryer smoking issue (somewhat helped by keeping the air fryer temp at 400 or below) keeps me from recommending it. Good range that could be great.

Nice size oven

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this in October but only started using it in late December (it needed to be converted from natural gas to propane). While I love the cooktop and oven, which is very roomy, I was unpleasantly surprised that I had to buy the air fryer tray. For what I paid for the stove, I think it should be included.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We upgraded our 20 year old range with this one and the difference is night and day. Love the high powered burner for quick boils and high heat sautéing. Air fry mode on 550 does a great job cooking homemade pizzas on a pizza steel. It’s always hard to get the top done right at the same time as the bottom but the increased convection does it perfectly.
