Love the stove but could not keep if Children,

Delivery problems

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I like the stove but I do want to say that we waited almost 2 months to get it delivered. They missed the 1st delivery date and then a week later it showed up and the front burner wasn't working. The choice was replace the range and wait another month for a new one or get the burner repaired on a new stove. Poor handling from the company. Other than that, I love the stove.

Good/bad

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This stove was delivered on 12/20/2019.. I love the overall look of the stove, the air fry feature works great for crisping up wings and things.. however about 32 days later I started getting 3 quick beeps randomly throughout the day.. a few error codes showed up but nothing that was in the owners manual. Frigidaire came out and replaced the front panel. Its been about 3 weeks and yesterday I got the beeps again and two new error codes, door locked itself and also tried to start cleaning. I have called and they will be out on Friday. Hope they can get this taken care of. I love the stove.

Left a review, am sick of this

I left a review, had a reply. Was sent an email by them that for the 3rd time a repairman would be out. This time on a date they randomly sent from 8am til 5pm. Waited all day, again. Nobody ever showed nor called.
It has been well over a month. I call, am scheduled an app, no one shows. I call, schedule an app, no one shows. I left a review, got a reply then email with an app, no one shows.
This last time before I left a review I was told they had no one to repair it and would call in 48 hours to schedule a shipment of a new one. Instead I got yet another app with a no show.
I am so thrilled I spent thousands on this what could have been perfect range. Instead I have a useless piece of rock, still under warranty with an added extended warranty, and am unable to get anyone to fix this.
I do NOT recommend. As a matter of fact, I no longer recommend Frigidaire at all and will never own another item from them again. LG, Samsung and Whirlpool have all been excellent to send a repair person out within a day or two and fix any issue I ever had. I've never seen a major company play around like this before. You've been warned.

Love this oven, except............

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We love this oven. Stove Top is GREAT, lots of room, great burner size options. Oven has 3 shelves (I've only always had 2!), nice feature. Easy to clean, looks great. Doesn't get 5 starts though because the Air Fryer feature really doesn't work well. We had a major SMOKE FEST the first time we used it, and we followed all the instructions clearly (I have a countertop Air Fryer, so we know how to use them). We've ended up using convection to 'air fry' because the technology just isn't up to par. Wish we didn't spend the extra money for that, we'll never use it (and we wasted money on the buying the air fryer tray).

Surprising Air Fryer

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We purchased the Frigidaire - 30" Front Control Gas Range with Air Fry in February of this year.
We were very pleased with the speed that the gas burners cook with and using NO special pans. We are extremely pleased. The most surprising item is the AIR FRYER BUILT INTO THE OVEN. We had tried a small fryer to cook French Fries for the family that took us five batches cooking for the family of 6. We were able to cook in our new oven with the air fryer for the entire family doing it once and without turning the potatoes. We used Frigidaire’s own special rack and basket which was great. Attached is the picture of the breaded chicken and roasted potatoes which I was able to master easily.
This oven makes it extremely easy to cook food for the entire family in a healthy manner. We love it!!

Good features but inaccurate temperature range

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this range last summer. Lots of great features, like the different-sized burners and the griddle. The problem with the oven is that the oven sensor seems to go on the blink anytime you bake something for longer than 30 minutes. It will register 400 degrees, but a manual thermometer will register only 300 or less. Ruined the Thanksgiving turkey, just turned a chicken into rubber tonight when instead of cooking consistently at 425 the temp dropped into the 200s without warning. Salesman said he would know what to do if it didn't work at all but hard to fix if it works some of the time and not always. Cannot recommend it for that reason. (Have found other similar reviews online, so I'm not the only one experiencing this problem).
