Wish I could use it

I bought this at Thanksgiving and just got it almost 4 weeks ago. We have yet been able to use the convection oven, as first thing when we turned it on to preheat, and element blew. It took a week to get a repairman to the house, and of course the part we need is backordered for who knows how long!! I would really love to be able to use this product, but alas, a faulty element and backordered parts has caused misgivings about this purchase.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I love this range. It's digital with controls in front. This is important to me because I have very short arms. It's so easy to work. I'm also happy to have an upper and lower oven together.

Love my range!

I chose this oven/range since it has two ovens: one is a regular smaller oven, the other a "normal" sized convection oven. The small upper oven is used most often by us since it is the perfect size for casseroles, pizza, etc. Our turkeys, roasts, etc have turned out exceptionally moist in the convection oven. There are so many options! The range is clean looking and I really love the touch panel... no more sticky messes underneath knobs. The wifi feature has come in handy as well. I never thought that I'd use it, but it has been great for starting the oven while I am on my way home!!
I would recommend this to a friend!

Nice Upgrade

We were very excited to receive this slide in. It is a very nice unit with a few drawbacks. The control panel was a big reason why we bought this. However, be prepared to always lock out your controls as they are easily turned on if you are not careful. Another drawback was the actual depth of the ovens. Most ovens are deeper for your larger baking sheets. Also, the coating in the ovens is easily scratched off by their own racks. So, just adjusting the rack height gently, this will cause the black coating to powder off exposing the metal underneath. This may cause some rust to appear if you steam clean your ovens over time. For our unit, this applies to just ours I think, our lower oven door does not shut all the way. It seems bent or warped in that only one side closes while the other side stands away from the body of the unit. We have not been able to use the convection yet until this is repaired.

It just cooks beautifully and is so easy to clean! I love that the controls are up front and very easy to read. The digital controls are precise and super-intuitive. So many choices of burner size! Both upper and lower ovens heat quickly, and the large lower oven presents no problems. (My past double oven range was difficult to access, with the lower oven so close to the floor.) An incredible amount of features. I have not had my range very long, so there are some features that I have yet to try. Happy with my purchase? Yes, yes, yes!!!
