The lead time is terrible! Otherwise sleak design and no tech issues. Sometimes, when installed at a height adjustable desk, the connection with the laptop will come out if the cable moves.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is an immensely useful device now that USB C is supported by most manufacturers. The cost of the dock is $$$$ and the time it took to receive the dock was lengthy (supply chain issues w/Asia maybe?) ... but Dell's build quality is always exceptional from what I have experienced and these devices are very reliable as opposed to other 3rd part options.
The biggest drawback is that it could use maybe 2 more USB A ports.
I would recommend this to a friend!
