I purchased 10 Latitude 5520 laptops with these docking stations. Setup was easy and everything worked right away when plugged in. With a mobile workforce being necessary in the current environment, having one plug to disconnect and make yourself mobile is the way to go. As usual with Dell, the dock is very high quality.
I would recommend this to a friend!

The docking station was purchased for its ability to turn on a laptop with a power button. While the other features of the station worked with my compatible Alienware laptop, the power button did not. A replacement station did not turn on and had to be replaced itself.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
