Works great with my work Precision laptop but restarting/cold boot on my XPS 13 9300 requires you to unplug the dock and plug it back in again. Workaround is to simply shut the XPS down and disconnect/reconnect to the dock.
No sound outputs / headphone jack on dock. This isn't a problem for me, as my monitor has speakers that can play sound delivered via HDMI, but might be a dealbreaker for some.
