This dock works really well. My only wish is that there were more USB ports on it and it was smaller. I have another Dell dock that is smaller with more USB ports and it works just as well as this one. This one does have the bonus of the power button, which will allow you to keep your laptop lid closed, and power your laptop on/off or un-sleep easily by pressing the button. Overall, you can't go wrong with this one.
