OK, nothing special but the "using this port disables that port" should be explained more boldly.

If you use the USB-C port to connect to a monitor (like the Dell monitor that has camera and mic built in, which requires the USB-C connection, then the HDMI port doesn't work. That's not a big deal since there are at least two DisplayPort ports, and you can use a DP to HDMI cable instead. However, this has confused every user I have who has tried to set things up, and should be made far more clear in an expensive docking station.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
