The dock although large in size provides multiple connection options and supports multiple displays.

Not Alienware tested :/

Is not tested with Alienware computers. I didn’t see anything obviously posted before purchasing. It will allow me to operate multiple monitors and use the extra ports. But if you need to restart your computer it causes a hard start. I tested it with my older laptop and it worked perfectly. 3 stars due to it not working with my Alienware.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Its hard to rate something when it is known noncompliant with G15 5511 series laptops. Spent months of frustration, had it replaced with the same docking station once tech support thought it was faulty, them troubleshooting, remote log in from tech support, to finally have someone research and confirm the entire escapade was due to hardware that didn't work with my system. Hell. I must say tho, this is the only incident, although huge, that i have went thru with Dell. Ive made 19-20 purchases and I am super happy with everything else.
PS. The Accell thunderbolt 4 dock has been flawless. Just make sure you have the right connectivity. After that its a run in the park, heck a 1000hp rally race through the patk. Docking station is sick.
Thought I was buying a device with two thunderbolt plugs, but it came with only one. Disappointing.
