The Dell WD19TBS works well. My only complaints are price and that there is not enough USB ports. It comes with 3 but in some case we need 5 when you think of Mouse, KB, Camera, Headset and other.

Bad engineering. Long wait time after purchase

The engineered interface port tends to wear down after a period.
Dell needs to come up with a better solution.
We have had countless Mainboards replaced because of the port becoming unstable when connected to a dock.

The time it takes for a dock to arrive has been up a 6 month waiting period as well.
