Worked as expected but had to wait 2 months for the actual device. Not sure how many people can go 2 months without a product. The experience has turned me off to Dell that I'll avoid Dell products in the future.
The Dock works extremely well with the new xps 15 laptop and Dell Ultrasharp 4k usb c monitor, ethernet connection, external drives and scanner. Ordered at the same time as a new XPS 15 9510 laptop and Dell Wireless mouse/keyboard. The mouse and keyboard came in a few days, the laptop took almost a month, and the Thunderbolt Dock took over two months.
