[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Works great, requires a quick driver update to integrate, port inclusions are good for modern equipment, not so helpful for legacy.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Good tell quality as usual but way overpriced as usual
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Dell Thunderbolt Dock - WD19TBS performs exactly as I had hoped! We have opted to transition from Desktops to Laptops with docking station. I'm not sure that I was convinced that it would be such an easy solution to plug in 2 32" monitors as well as all the usual peripheral accessories and have it work first time we booted the new laptop up after plugging in everything. It is convenient, has a miniscule footprint, and has been a tremendous improvement in our dwindling office space.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So far has been amazing. Seamless connection to the various peripherals that I use it to connect to my Dell XPS
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] A little on the pricier side, but this dock is well worth it. It allows our laptop PCs to become fully functional desktop computers, and allows a number of different desktop arrangements. It also works equally well with our Mac laptops. I would recommend this dock to anyone looking for a USB dock
The functions of the dock work fine. I have had no issue with loss of connection or with the the ports themselves. I connect into both an XPS 13 and 15. What I do not care for is the positioning of ports and power. There should be an 'input' side and an 'output' side. The current configuration does not lend to great placement on your desktop.
