It looses connectivity with my keyboard and mouse (which connects to it by a USB) for a brief 10 - 15 seconds when you download a file from email/Google Drive folder etc. which I am not fond of and think that Dell should keep the seamless connectivity the same as their previous docking stations. I wish the Dell Thunderbolt Dock – WD19TBS had more USB connections and 1 more HDMI port connection to it. I have to use it as the XPS Dell laptop comes with only 1 USB and 1 USB Type C port on it. So it is a must to use and deal with the technology imperfections.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was very excited to get this docking station so I could hide all my printer, monitor and ethernet cables and just have one cable coming from a compartment under my desk to my laptop. But the Thunderbolt cable provided with the docking station is too short - it is only about 32 inches long. The docking station works great, but I had to put it right behind my laptop and still have all the cables showing on my desk. Now I have to spend time and money finding and purchasing a thunderbolt extender. Wish the cable was longer. 3.5 or 4ft would be great.
I would recommend this to a friend!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Pricey, but pretty amazed at the dock. I have never used one before but having a single laptop as the only device is nice. Close the lid and connect, and it is like sitting at a desk with two monitors. It even knows to move my Main Display when the laptop is closed.
