[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Seeing very strange behavior. Running two monitors. One is running a game so it captures the display in full screen mode. If I click on anything in the second monitor like a tab of a web browser, then both displays go blank and is takes a couple seconds for them to recover. The video game is minimized so I have to re-open it. I'm not impressed at all. Strange because I have Dell docking station for may work laptop which works just fine. Still trying to figure this one out.
Also, the installation instructions are really bad. Minimal text. Just pictograms which are pretty much useless. These directions warn about improper behavior unless you update BIOS and drivers. I think I did this but again, the directions are really bad.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Salutations, Valued Customer,
Thank you for your review and the details you have provided. We understand you are having trouble when trying to use multiple displays through your Thunderbolt Dock. We apologize for the trouble you have encountered and have provided steps on how to fix this issue:
- Reset the monitor to Factory Defaults. Refer to the User Guide of your monitor for more information about how to reset the monitor to factory defaults. - Ensure that the video cable (HDMI, or DisplayPort) is connected securely to the monitor and the docking station. - Disconnect and reconnect the monitor/s from the docking station. - First power off the docking station by disconnecting the USB-C cable and then removing the power adapter from the dock. Then, power on the docking station by connecting a power adapter to the dock before connecting the USB-C cable to your laptop.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Worked right out of the box. Placed it behind the computer, plugged it into the wall, plugged in the display, and plugged it into the computer - bam! Up and running. Plugged in all the peripherals and they worked without a hitch. I appreciate have only one connection to handle power and data for my XPS 15.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Finally a dock that works without having to go through hoops of plugging in in a certain order, connections dropping etc. This works great!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a very easy to use, and convenient solution. Having Thunderbolt 3 gives a huge improvement over just USB-C, allowing me to have 2 4K displays instead of only 1.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Does the job. Only thing is that this only has 1 HDML slot, so be conscious of that when setting up
