It works, it is OK but not up to my expectations

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I thought the instructions were poor, there was little on Windows11 and the dock interface. I am still having a slight problem when booting the unit for it is not being recognized. I am slightly disappointed with the experience with this dock. I used one that was 1/4 of the cost of this dock and did not have any issues.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Great Dock but the Thunderbolt Power does not Charge my XPS-15

Unfortunately, as of the writing of this review, I have not been able to get the dock to charge my Dell XPS-15 laptop without connecting the laptop's power brick. The quality and craftmenship is impressive.
