Good, but not great unless connecting Dell devices

The dock performs well, but support for non-Dell connectivity is poor. Standard Intel Thunderbolt drivers access basic functions, but little things (e.g. The On/Off button) don't work at all. Odd behavior for a Thunderbolt dock.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Underwhelming

There are lots of video glitches and weird things that happen with external drives. I actually have to disconnect power from external drives to keep them from spinning unnecessarily when the computer is disconnected from the dock. I miss the old E series docking stations.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
