It's a great dock that works seamlessly with my business laptop. It does everything I need... with one exception. It offers 3 USB ports, which to me is way too few. I bought the WD19TB to replace my old Dell dock (K07A E-Port), that one had 5 USB ports, and I did not expect that a newer model would take away ports. Hence I deduct one star.
Not powerful enough for gaming PCs. Display link HDMI outputs are buggy and screens go blank and the unit has to be power-cycled to get the picture back.
I purchased this with a Dell XPS 15 (Series-7590) laptop. Sleep functionality is completely unreliable. See my review of the XPS 15 for details. Other than that, it works well with my external keyboard, mouse and one 1080p monitor. If not for the sleep issues, I'd given this 5 stars.

This new Thunderbolt dock really works well with the front USB and USBC ports and able to easily (extra cable needed) to run two great monitors. Very happy with the setup and have always liked Dell products.
I have a TB16 and got WD19TB. The TB16 supports two 4k monitors with 60Hz each. But the WD19TB support only one 4k monitor with 60Hz and the second running 30Hz. So for me, that is a step down in quality and performance.
