I wanted to like this docking station but I had several audio issues (specially with ASIO). Had to return it. I'm currently using regular USB Hub dongles out of the TB port.
Issues included pops, cracks and the complete stop of music playback in ASIO mode.

Running Dell Preboot System Assessment or enhanced Preboot System Assessment (Dell PSA or ePSA)
Restart your Dell PC.
When the Dell logo appears, press F12 key to enter One-time Boot Menu.
Use the arrow keys to select Diagnostics and press Enter key on the keyboard.
Follow the on-screen prompts and respond appropriately to complete the diagnostics.
If the test fails, ensure to write down the error code and validation code.

The Thunderbolt III Dock was easy to hook up, and the drivers setup easily. It could use another port on the front side, but the dock took over my power needs wonderfully. Wired networking a breeze and fast as lightning. It will be great to build on.

The Thunderbolt Docking Station WD19TB was very easy to set up and install. I did have to download and install an updated BIOS for my laptop, but it was easy to do. I was also advised to download the latest version of the WD19TB driver for my XPS 15 9500. I did so, but it did not install because I already had that version of the software preloaded. After connecting everything to the WD19TB, everything worked as expected.
I would recommend this to a friend!

So far so good. I like the convenience of the Thunderbolt dock, but this is a replacement for a 3-year-old TB16 Dell Thunderbolt dock that died and couldn't be repaired. The TB16 was actually a better shape and had more ports. I hope the WD19TB doesn't suffer the same fate. .

Works pretty well. Prefer docks that snap in, personally, as the extra cord out the side is annoying to have to connect and disconnect constantly, subject to damaging the port on my little 2-in-1, and kind of in the way of a second monitor on the left side, but those are preferences, not functionality. Really needs more USB3 ports; most devices are not yet USB-C. So far it seems to work well otherwise. Seems pretty solid, and I haven't had any video issues switching back and forth, which is a huge plus.
