The docking station chirps loudly. I have exchanged 2 under warranty. Same chirping. I had to use it with a 130 Watt PS to quiet enough to be used. It does it on my 90 watt Latitudes, not on my 130 watt Latitudes.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
