Excellent product

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is my new favorite mixer. This high powered mixer has replaced my kitchen aid almost entirely, especially because it comes with dough hooks. It is lightweight and can handle quite a bit, making it much more convenient to use on a daily basis than a stand mixer.

Great hand mixer!

Very Powerful!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is absolutely amazing & such a relief for myself, as I have moderate arthritis in my hands, and find it hard at times to hold a mixer real long. One thing I immediately noticed was how light it is compared to any other mixer I have ever owned, and it takes literally half the time than other mixers!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Braun HM5100 Multi-mix hand mixer is a great product. The mixer is very light and has a lot of power. I also have a large stand mixer, and this does everything the stand mixer can do, while taking up less space. Make sure the beaters are installed correctly or it will not operate. My only complaint is that this mixer is LOUD!

As for this mixer, it is a little noisier than my previous one but also twice as powerful. I have a Braun mixer with 3 speed levels which has lasted me for years. This one had 9 speed level and is efficient.
The turn-a-dial speed adjustment design is very convenient and makes things easier. After getting used to this mixer, I prefer this design over the other old one.
The attachments are easily attached and detached. They are easy to clean as they are dish washer safe. If you prefer to hand wash, you can quickly hand wash them.
I am impressed that the dough hook can handle all of the bread recipes.
Overall this mixer does not weight a ton but still does what is needed to be done.

Higher quality mixer

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We bake often and are constantly looking to minimize our kitchen clutter. The Braun mixer accomplishes both. The tools interchange easily, they have a good coating that makes cleaning a breeze, and the ergonomic grip is comfortable but strong.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The motor is noticeably stronger than my previous mixer which I’m very happy about. I use it to make mashed potatoes quite often and this does the job in a snap. The power button does have to be held in place to keep the motor going which I am not used to but can definitely adapt to this. Far from a deal breaker. So far I haven’t found anything negative about this hand mixer and very satisfied with it. Definitely an upgrade from the one I’ve been using.

The unit has a sleek design that makes it easy to wipe and keep clean. The control dial to change speeds is easy to use and the attachments are dishwasher safe. I also like that a storage pouch is included to store the attachments in.
