Display and Ethernet instability

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have two ThinkVision P27u-10 displays connected to my P15 Gen 2 ThinkPad and the displays randomly go blank every 1-2 hours. Occasionally, the displays can completely glitch (static and/or wavy rendering) and I have to reboot my ThinkPad to get back to a working state. I had to move my Ethernet cable from the dock to the ThinkPad because it was very unstable. When sharing my desktop and demoing applications over Teams, the connection would drop randomly. Not a good experience! I like the idea of the dock but having to move my connections back to the laptop defeats the purpose. I hope this gets resolved by a firmware update sometime soon.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
