Sucks. Power cord often dislodges from main unit so nothing is charging when you think it is. Need to constantly plug and unplug as you move from meeting to desk to meeting is painful and cord management is out of control. The all 'black on black" color makes it impossible to read ports. Though it may seem counter-intuitive, old-school "snap in" base took up less space and made for a more efficient user experience when factoring in cords everywhere and time to plug/unplug. This is a case where less is less...

Initially when connecting two monitors and laptop, the monitors couldn’t find source. Called tech support who was very thorough and walked me through different connection scenarios. Turns out the HDMI cable needed to be snuggly connected (user error). Yet the tech was extremely patient, forgiving, knowledgeable, and helpful. Resolved my issue and the device works flawlessly.

First dock that I am aware of that needs a fan. Another traditional USB port would be nice. I dont know why they switched to mini-diplay port only to switch back a couple years later. Forced us to re-buy adapters. The VGA port is missed occasionally.
