[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Once I determined that the mounting instructions were for wooden windows, it installed quickly. I removed the plug that held water, so that the cooling fan could “swirl” the built-up water on the inside to promote cooling. Putting what’s inside water all over the AC unit is a problem that I can do without.

Incorrect parts and bad side panels

The side panels are impossible to attach correctly. For one the screws that they give are too big. Then you're supposed to screw them in a place that you can't even fit a small screw driver into.
Pros: Style/Design, Performance
