Different specialists worked with us to explain and facilitate our transaction. Once our printer arrived, 2 women worked tirelessly with us to help get our printer aligned with our wireless wi fi system, no small task. All of the staff we worked with were most patieneet, which was greatly appreciated and needed.
Overall, I'm not very happy with this printer. It is too big and bulky, sounds like something is breaking inside every time it prints, print quality looks dim and muted, and the ink cartridges are very difficult to install.

The printer works well but it automatically prints 2-sided and I can't turn it off. I've tried forums and other online resources but can't find an answer that helps me. I also can't find a way to talk with a human at HP to discuss the problem and their "chat" feature just kept telling me how to do 2-sided copying!
Received the 1st printer and it doesn't recognize the HP cartridges sent with the printer. Sent back and they are refunding. I wish they could just send out a new one right away without having to process a return and ordering a new one!
