It gave me a few issues. Ink cartridges did NOT go in smoothly as I’m used to with previous HP printers. Setup didn’t do an alignment. So now we get a few small gaps streaking in the print. On an early print, there was a message that ink wasn’t qualified or genuine. - - More mushy, rough insertion of the ink cartridges.
The only thing I don’t like is a noise that makes when turns on/off, and when it starts to operate (Crank Noise) which doesn’t make when is printing and is good just the regular printing noise. Everything else it’s awesome on this printer, great features, reliable, durable, easy to storage, the set up was smooth except for the app got frozen a few times and I had to closed it and reopened it a few times until it loaded up.
I don't know if the problem is with this printer or my (clearly unwise) decision to sign up for HP+, but after just one week I am getting the error message "Printer Cannot Print" with no apparent solution on HP Smart or the HP website. The error on the printer directs me to HP Smart for more details, but lo and behold, all HP Smart does is repeat (pretty much verbatim) the completely unhelpful message from the printer. This experience has also helped me realize that there is no way to get real customer care for HP products. Very disappointing experience - I will be making every effort to return this product and I am definitely never signing up for HP+ again.

Hi, Adiaha.
I’m sorry to learn that your printer has stopped working properly, and that you’ve not found the support you need. I can wholly understand why an error message followed by a seemingly contradictory loop that prevents user progress would be exasperating. I want to help you out of this quagmire, so if you’ve not yet returned the printer, I’ll direct you to a resource aimed at making that happen.
I recommend that you contact us directly so we can help you assess what’s going on and find the proper course of action. HP+ printers such as yours come with exclusive concierge support. To call and reach live HP+ experts, visit the following URL and enter your HP+ serial number: - hp.com/plus-help
Great Printer but Web Software Needs Improvement - The printer works well and double sided scanning and printing is a plus. However HP Smart is in needs of serious updating. For example, it shows the printer as having an HPeprint email address when in fact, according to tech support, this feature has been disabled. Instead, one needs to use Print Anywhere. There are no mentions of this in the manual or elsewhere. Needless to say, for HP users who use Eprint with other printers this is most frustrating and required a 30 min call with HP Support until we got to someone in the Cloud group that could explain what the situation is. The printer has been manufactured for a while and the slowness to update this feature is inexcusable.
The printing works really well. The setup process and software is a nightmare. It's so bad that I would exchange the printer for another brand if it were an option.

9025e is not as good as the hp 8600 series. I’ve had to reboot it three times print quality is terrible

The HP OfficeJet Pro 9025 may be my favorite printer yet. After downloading the HP Smart app it was a breeze to set up. It`s sleek, smooth square design is modern enough to blend into any type of environment .It`s not too big and not as heavy as other printers I have owned. The print quality is exceptional. My favorite feature is how quiet it is compared to other printers.Sometimes I check to make sure it`s really printing. I love the control panel and how I can check on work I`ve done through it.I love that mobile printing is so easy to utilize through the HP Smart app and that I have the option to send documents to my email, the Cloud or to print. The Smart Tasks option is definitely a plus. I also love that it runs seamlessly with my HP computer.I haven`t used all of this printer`s features but am looking forward to it. All in all the HP 9025 is at the top of it`s class .Whether it`s for the workplace or a home office ,I would surely recommend this to anyone and everyone that wants to speed up productivity while maintaining good quality documents at the same time.
