[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got this printer to replace another HP because its print head went bad. The new one takes to long to print a simple document

Hi there,
I'm so sorry to hear that the printer is performing so slowly! This is not at all the experience that we intend to provide, so I can imagine how disappointing it’s been. I want to make sure this gets resolved as soon as possible, so let’s see how I can help.
First, the following document will help guide you through troubleshooting any issues with slow printing: - Windows: support.hp.com/document/bud03409 - Mac: support.hp.com/document/c01928898
As indicated in the above guide, just updating your printer's firmware will often help. You can find the latest firmware download for your printer at this link: support.hp.com/us-en/drivers/selfservice/model/24208582
If this falls short, please don't hesitate to reach out to us for support. We're always here to help, so you can get in touch anytime via your preferred method at this link: hp.com/contactHP
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We bought 2 of these and love them!! Had a Office Jet Pro 6700 premiuim for at least 5 years and worked great. This machine is lightning fast to print and copy. I like the extra features available on the front panel. Very easy to remove paper jams since the top cover under the scanner opens up.
Purchased a month ago to replace my failed HP 8600 Plus. This is a very similar printer, but it looks a little nicer, and the HP supporting software (including installation) was nicer.
Print quality is good. Initial setup was a monster. No live tech support. I won't buy HP again!!!!!!

Hi there.
I’m sorry to hear that you've not had a good experience with your printer. I can imagine why a difficult setup process and the inability to reach a support agent would be quite a dubious start to owning a new printer. Because we aim to provide a reliable experience with our printers and support, I’ll try to offer some helpful suggestions.
For help solving problems or to learn more about your printer and all its features, you can access a setup tutorial, troubleshooting guides, how-to documents, user manuals and software updates here: - support.hp.com/us-en/product/hp-officejet-pro-9010-all-in-one-printer-series/23903057/model/24208582
You can also visit a page on our support site that has diagnostic tools for various issues and tasks, including setup, cartridge installation and connectivity. There you’ll also find a general-purpose tool called the HP Print and Scan Doctor. If you use Windows, the tool will help identify and guide you through solutions to a wide range of common printing and scanning issues. Visit that page here: - support.hp.com/us-en/topic/diagnostics
If you need further assistance, I hope you’ll reach out to us directly at +1 800-474-6836 so we can help you assess the situation and guide you through any applicable troubleshooting. (Please note that because of restrictions on personal movement and workplace attendance associated with the COVID-19 pandemic, wait times for agents are longer than normal. Thanks in advance for your understanding.) To expedite the process, I recommend gathering the following information before the call:
- Model number - Serial number - Your location - Case number (from any previous contact with HP support)
i bought this for my daughters dorm room, the college will not let us connect it to the wifi, there is no way to use this with a manual connection. super disappointed.
This printer is very noisy and slow. The HP app has to be downloaded in order for the scanner to work. Very inconvenient. It literally took 2.5 minutes to print 4 pages.
