[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I will be returning this printer as it just has too many issues. When I try to print, it gives me the message "scanner problem, turn printer off, then turn on again". Only one problem; The printer never turned off. I unplugged it and the page printed. The printer is ver noisy and now it sounds like the print cartidge is broke: makes a huge noise.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

This printer locked up on my after 10 days and won't do anything. Now I have to call tech support and waste an entire half day trying to get help or replacement.
Will buy a different and better HP model later after paying down some credit.
I did like the features very much ... like: Duplex 2-sided printing, Copies, Scan, and Fax. top sheet feeder, and WiFi.
It did not have an Ethernet jack. Important if the wifi is not working.

I just received this printer last week. Have not used it very much. However, I know that HP printers do not last long before breaking, which leaves me with unopened ink cartridges, which I buy ahead to prevent giving out when in the middle of a printing project. This last HP printer I purchased (9015e) is so cheaply made that I am afraid the paper tray is going to break in half each time I open it. HP should be ashamed to make a product this flimsy.

I am impressed with this product. It has really surpassed my expectations. My previous printers(Hp Envy 5640 and Epson).always had WIFI issue, Ink Leakage, bad paper handling etc. Despite of using a WIFI extender, they weren't able to catch the or detect the signal. I used three other devices including my computer but never faced this issue on these devices. I think HP has improved a lot since my last purchase(2015). All I would say is 'keep it up'
