[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I MISS MY 6700 OFFICEJET PRO WHICH WORKED ONLY 6 YEARS. GOING TO THIS LARGER MACHINE HAS BEEN A HARD ADJUSTMENT. I HAVE HAD ISSUES ALREADY WITH PAPER JAMS WHEN CHANGING OVER TO CARDSTOCK AS YOU MUST CHANGE THAT EVERY TIME IT IS DOES NOT AUTOMATICALLY RECOGNIZE.
I WOULD NOT SAY THE COLOR QUALITY IS ANY BETTER EITHER BUT TIME WILL TELL I HAVE ONLY BEEN USING IT 2 WEEKS AND AM STILL ON THE SETUP CARTRIDGES

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Easy to set up and get working. However, the output tray is not very flexible. It has a ramped end piece to handle all sizes of paper. This hampers the amount of paper the tray can hold.

The first replacement did not work proper fax components defective. The next one was spitting out extra sheets after printing. Finally with third replacement all is well. I hope I can say this months from now.
