[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have been using HP Printers for about 30 years. This HP OfficeJet Pro 9015 All-in-One Printer so far has not measured up to past printers. 1) It is very loud 2) I am having difficulty connecting my Mac Pro (Tower, Mid 2012), Processor: 2 x 3.06 GHz 6-Core Intel Xeon, Memory: 64 GB 1333 MHz DDR3 to the printer using a USB cable. 3) I have yet to find a HP website that actually works and has the latest driver for this printer. If I can't resolve these problems I am going to return the printer and ask for a refund.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Hi there.
I’m sorry to hear that your printer has been noisy and difficult to connect, and also that you’ve had a difficult time finding a driver. That certainly sounds like a frustrating combination, so I’ll try to offer some helpful suggestions.
Regarding the noisiness, while your printer is powered up, it makes sure that the nozzles are regularly cleared, which can be noisy, especially if the printer is on a hard surface. I recommend trying to place the printer on a padded surface to see whether that muffles the vibrations that occur.
Regarding connection, you can find troubleshooting guides (including ones on setup and wireless connectivity issues) as well as user manuals, video tutorials and software updates here: - support.hp.com/us-en/product/hp-officejet-pro-9010-all-in-one-printer-series/23903057/model/24208582
For a current driver, check this page: - support.hp.com/us-en/drivers/selfservice/hp-officejet-pro-9010-all-in-one-printer-series/23903057/model/24208582
If the problems persist or there is any other way that we can help you, I hope you’ll get in touch with us directly for support. We want to help you make the most of your experience with the printer. You can reach us via your preferred method at this link: hp.com/contactHP
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] OfficeJet 9025 is a good printer for business purposes. The only issue I have with the printer is the paper tray sensor. HP paper trays use to send the "Out of Paper" notice when there was NOT any paper. Paper Tray #1 on the 9025 gives the "Out of Paper" notice with 5-15 pages remaining in the tray. Not good. Especially if you are printing checks or on other documents.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This unit was to replace another HP printer with a defective print head from day one. This substandard model came with a broken front door that made the unit unusable. HP used to be a good product. Apparently not so much now. Very disappointed!
Great Printer I brought this Printer a week ago, and all i can say is that I honestly loved it. It was a big upgrade from HP Office Jet 4365 to Office Jet Pro 9014. Never can go wrong with HP because I've been having my old printer for about 4 years and still going strong. The reason I upgrade because I'm homeschooling. Printer prints really fast and the printing quality for pictures is amazing. The best part of purchasing this printer is the customer service chat representative were very helpful and they helped me decide which printer to purchase and fit my needs. Also very fast delivery and on time. Thank you HP.
bought a month ago. it's very noisy and jumps around alot

Hi there.
I’m sorry to hear that your printer has not performed like it should. It’s easy to understand why unexpected noise and motion would be quite unsettling, so I’ll offer some information and resources I hope will help.
I can’t tell from your review what’s causing these issues, so I recommend that you get in touch with us directly for support at +1 800-474-6836 so we can help you assess the situation and guide you through any applicable troubleshooting. (Please note that because of restrictions on personal movement and workplace attendance associated with the COVID-19 pandemic, wait times for agents are longer than normal. Thanks in advance for your understanding.) To expedite the process, I recommend gathering the following information before the call:
- Model number - Serial number - Your location - Case number (from any previous contact with HP support)
I'll also mention that HP printers have a one-year warranty from their purchase date that covers hardware as well as ink supplies, so if it comes to that, you might consider making use of it. You can verify the warranty using the following link: support.hp.com/us-en/checkwarranty
I bought this printer on 7-20-20 & received it on 7-28-20 & as soon as installed, paper jammed & continued to jam every day until 8-11-20 it jammed for good even though there was no paper in the machine anywhere. Piece of junk!!
A completely non-tech 71 year old woman followed the excellent instructions provided with the printer and actually hooked it up myself! Now that’s user friendly!
Purchased approximately a month ago to replace an existing HP printer. Printer routinely returns a Paper not loaded notice when it is fully loaded. Especially so with envelopes. Usually a restart of printer and/or computer will rectify. However this should not be necessary as often as it is.
