So Easy! Great Print Quality!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] First of all, the thought of hooking up electronics makes me sweat but after researching the printer it appeared that even I could do this without much frett and they were right! Super easy to use right out of the box. Connecting to the internet and programming the settings was a breeze and not one ounce of sweat! After the 5 minutes it took to get it running I had to print some items for a baby shower. I was so impressed with the print quality and how fast it shoots them out. Even the heavy coverage images printed beautifully! I love, love the wireless capability allowing me to print directly from my cell phone or laptop. I printed, signed, scanned and emailed my 27 expense reports virtually from my deck as I sipped my morning coffee. If you are looking for a reliable, great quality printer I highly recommend this one!

I have bought and used a lot of printers in the last 10 years and the setup has always been the hardest part of the whole thing. This printer is wireless and the setup was a breeze. The total setup was done in less than 10 minutes and I didn't even have to hook it up to my computer or install anything. It did everything through the wifi and worked the first time.

Very quiet and quick.
Colors are vibrant, crisp, and clear.
I love that I can print from anywhere with the app.
The scanner works very well. Everything uploads crystal clear.
I receive probably 10 faxes per say and print close to 100 pages per day so the instant ink is definitely a plus for me. 5 months of ink for free!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This printer was a no brainer when it came to choosing the best one for my home office. The ability to print via wifi is a dream. I know I will never run out of ink, even when my kids use it for school projects and homework. The quality of prints is good, letterhead, photos and documents look clear and vibrant. My only qualm with it is the noise level while printing. It seems to be a bit noisy when comparing it to my old printer, not a deal breaker but somthing to point out.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought it less than a month ago, it didn't come with any disc to set it up hard wired. I had to go wireless. I wasn't able to get into my account with them therefore I had to call for their tech support and they had to take over the setup. Then a few days later I couldn't print anything. A popup came and said I was off line. Again I had to call for tech support and again they had to take over my computer and redo stuff.
I feel like with this printer I'm constantly having to go to them for tech support and I haven't had it for not even a month. Only for a few weeks. The printer is made of poor quality material as well. The paper tray is week and flimsy. If I had seen it in a store, I don't think I would have bought it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Not as nice as the one I had. It is smaller and holds less paper. I don't like the tray the printed pages print out on. It angles up and if you have a lot of pages they fall off. Wish my old hp had not started acting up.
