We are happy with the HP OfficeJet Pro 9015e AIO we recently purchased. It does all we need and is a step up from the HP Officejet it replaced. It is relatively quiet, quick and the print quality is very good. Photo prints are good quality, too. My only negative so far is loading and unloading the paper tray. It is not a smooth operation and I expected better for this machine. Overall, this was a good purchase that I hope will serve us for a long time.

Difficult installation; photos unacceptable

Installation was an arduous process, with several errors and starting over. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone. Plus you have to use your phone to install and print. I do all my work on the computer. Also photos have white lines through them which makes them unusable. Text documents print fine.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

First, you should be able to install the HP Smart App on your desktop or laptop computer as well as your mobile phone. I recommend that you follow a guide on our support site to installing and using the HP Smart App, especially the FAQ portion, which covers common questions as well as difficulties users have encountered. Pretty big and fast printer. The set up was time consuming and not too well self explanatory. Because we kept skipping the credit card set up (as optional), the printer did not wanted to complete the set up. I think the company should be more transparent in relation to the CC and update the setting instructions. Other than that, it is a great printer.

This is a great printer which replaced my HP 8620 after 12 years of faithful service. The only experience I have experienced to date is frequent connection interruptions to my computer which are annoying but easily fixed.
