The printhead and cartridges are faulty. After two tries with two printheads and two sets of leaking cartridges, I have sent the entire printer back to HP

This printer is very noisy and slow. The HP app has to be downloaded in order for the scanner to work. Very inconvenient. It literally took 2.5 minutes to print 4 pages.

Once our printer arrived, 2 women worked tirelessly with us to help get our printer aligned with our wireless wi fi system, no small task. All of the staff we worked with were most patieneet, which was greatly appreciated and needed.
