[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] OfficeJet 9025 is a good printer for business purposes. The only issue I have with the printer is the paper tray sensor. HP paper trays use to send the "Out of Paper" notice when there was NOT any paper. Paper Tray #1 on the 9025 gives the "Out of Paper" notice with 5-15 pages remaining in the tray. Not good. Especially if you are printing checks or on other documents.
bought a month ago. it's very noisy and jumps around alot
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Hi there.
I’m sorry to hear that your printer has not performed like it should. It’s easy to understand why unexpected noise and motion would be quite unsettling, so I’ll offer some information and resources I hope will help.
I can’t tell from your review what’s causing these issues, so I recommend that you get in touch with us directly for support at +1 800-474-6836 so we can help you assess the situation and guide you through any applicable troubleshooting. (Please note that because of restrictions on personal movement and workplace attendance associated with the COVID-19 pandemic, wait times for agents are longer than normal. Thanks in advance for your understanding.) To expedite the process, I recommend gathering the following information before the call:
- Model number - Serial number - Your location - Case number (from any previous contact with HP support)
I'll also mention that HP printers have a one-year warranty from their purchase date that covers hardware as well as ink supplies, so if it comes to that, you might consider making use of it. You can verify the warranty using the following link: support.hp.com/us-en/checkwarranty
Easy online shopping experience. It was shipped promptly and the shipping interval was satisfactorily short. Setup instructions were virtually non existent. Worse still, the setup instructions for setting up Wifi were actually incorrect. Fortunately, I've had experience with setting up Wifi so I was able to do it on my own without difficulty. The good news is that the printer works great!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased my printer online with the assistance of an HP Sales representative. He helped me select the best printer/scanner for my needs. I really like the double sided scanning which saves a lot of time. Print quality is sharp & clear. The Instant Ink program is going to work out well for me not only to save $$$ but also as a convenience to never run out of ink!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am very happy with the printer I purchased. It’s working great. I will differently tell my friends to look into HP products. The people I spoke were very helpful and friendly. They put the order in for me and told me my delivery date. It actually came before the said date. I differently will recommend HP. Good job and keep up the good work
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The printer works okay but makes loud mechanical noises when running. Also it seems can't access scan from the printer home screen after installing HP Smart online. Maybe there is a way to do that I am not aware of? Also shape is a bit boxy and bulky.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Delivery was timely and simple. I do like that there is no cd program to assist with set up. The web-based activation was VERY difficult and frustrating. The program or app would not download to my computer and I do not like being forced to set it up through an app on my phone.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this printer about 4 weeks ago. I am very satisfied with the printer. It replaced a HP 8600 printer. The 9020 is noticeably faster and in every way as good or better than the 8600. My only concern is the HP Smart App. It promises so much, but delivers so much less. Biggest issue is HP Smart print. Seems to default to Private Print jobs so have to have my iPhone in order to actually print a document.
Scanning, printing, FAXing are all faster than 8600. Like having the dual feed trays.
Overall am happy I replaced the 8600 with the 9020.
