Cannot get toploader for scanning to work!

I like the unit. It does pretty much everything I expected, except I cannot get the top load feeder (multipage) function to work. It was only accepting one page from the feeder.
I worked with HP technical support (took an hour or so) and we got it to accept multiple pages. I attempted to use it about an hour later and I had the same problem.
I now have to use the glass top and do one page at a time which is exactly what I did not want to have to do!
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

The HP OfficeJet Pro 9015e is a great replacement printer - the 6th version I have owned. The setup was easy, the wireless connection is outstanding (no longer need cables), the printing and scanning capabilities are very robust! Excellent value and superb performance.

This is probably my 5th or 6th HP Printer in the last 20 years. They last 3 or 4 years and then need to be replaced. The printer is easy to connect (I use wireless), prints fairly quickly, great print quality but mostly anymore I use it for scanning. This printer does a great job of scanning.
I have never used the fax so I have no opinion on its capabilities.

This is a great printer. This is my third printer and I am so glad I spent a little bit more money this time. I have always had issues with my printers. This printer goes above and beyond in making it easy to set up, hook up to wifi and to use in general. I love this printer and I would suggest it to anyone.

Really appreciate the wonderful new features in this printer. My former OfficeJet (8600) got blown up by an electrical storm. I loved that printer and was really disappointed to lose that printer but, now that I have the next generation OfficeJet (9015), I am just delighted. I especially like the fact that I can now scan and group multiple-page pdf's into one single file without the need for for a separate program.
