It didn't work, even after tech trying multiple times, the setup was not even able to be performed. At least 3 hrs of waist time trying to fix it and then having to wait the next work day at 8 m to deal with returning and changing, and even me having to take it to fedex for the return.

This printer is all you can want. It scans, copies, prints (duplex also, from your remote device, phone, tablet,) and can fax. Speed is good. Ink is expensive, like on all printers. I have this printer replacing two other cheaper models that are nearly worn out.
