Delivery was on time, the set up was very easy. The printer works great. Very fast, accurate and works from computers and phone. It holds a ton of paper and we have signed up for the automatic ink replacement. We will see how that works.
I had a few issues connecting the printer but quick call to tech support and I was soon up and running. It works beautifully. I especially appreciate that it is wireless and available from our phone and laptop as well as our desktop. No need to buy multiple printers.
Multiple start up issues with new printer. after 1.5 weeks still cant use printer.

Set up pens didn't work, cartridge carriage needed replaced. On night it doesn't wrok, the next day, it works, the next day it spools and won't print jobs. Its visible in HP Smart software but not on network. Attempting to set up printer on network has been extremely difficult even with multiple support sessions. Wait time for chat sessions in excess of 1.5 hours.
I have been an HP customer for over 30 years between laptops and printers. This printer is as good as any that I have ever used. The tech support was also good. The PROBLEM IS: why should I need the HP tech support to start using the machine? Not only I needed to call the tech support, it took them nearly 30 minutes to get it going. Realize that I am fairly tech savvy. Whatever happened to the "PLUG 'N PLAY" technology? To that extent, I am disappointed.
