LINES ON SCANS AND ON ANY COPIES FROM THE FEEDER DESPITE TAKING HP'S STEPS TO TROUBLESHOOT AND CLEAN. LAST HP DIDN'T EVEN LAST A YEAR. INCOMPATIBLE WITH MAC WITH A LOT OF FEATURES.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this Office Jet Pro about weeks ago and have been thrilled. As so many lawyers are doing, I upgraded my home office for the current work from home orders. It came as scheduled, was easy to set up and has taken the doubt out of that end of my work. I use it primarily for printing and scanning. Its my second HP of this type (other located in our second home) and both are well-designed and reliable. I like the ease of loading the copy and the paper and replacing the cartridges.
HP OfficeJet Pro 9015e AIO The HP Pro 9015E printer is an acceptable product but a downgrade from my now unserviceable HP 8040 All-in-one printer. The HP Pro 9015 material quality is inferior, the screen size is too small, and it needs to be restarted too often
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have had HP printers for over 20 years and have never been disappointed. I love my new printer. It was easy to set up and load the ink. I was a little disappointed that I had to download and app to set up WFI and connectivity. It downloaded the wrong software to use with my iPad and phone and and I had to contact support. She found the error and I haven't had any problems since. I love the duplex, double sided option and it's pretty easy to decide to use it or not when printing. The MAIN reason I bought this particular model was Instant Ink.
The printer worked for one day. And now everytime we turn it one it cycles that it is updating software and is completely non functional. Horrible device!
As a retired Accountant, I like to print and have supporting documentation. For over six years I owned an OfficeJet Pro 8610 that never had a paper jam. However, that changed with this model. It seems that approximately 50% of the time there is a paper jam with this unit, especially printing multiple pages. It seems like a 'crap shoot' every time I hit the print button, whether or not I'll get a print-out. And on really frustrating days, the printer locks up and displays code "8910092"; I have to unplug the unit to get it working again. I very much like HP printers and like to think I happened to buy a 'lemon' this time around. Unless I find a way to fix this problem, I will have to purchase a new printer by next tax season (and it probably won't be an HP). Lastly, the ADF does not work when scanning multiple pages.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

HP has paid a lot of attention to packing and unpacking the printer. Easy to unpack. Easy setup. Worked first time. Don't like the fact that HP can monitor my printer. What information they monitor, collect and use is unclear.
