[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I just bought this and it was super easy to set up and link to my laptop and phone ( windows and samsung S8 Active. Will see how ink use goes.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This OJ Pro 9025 has the same basic features of my older 8740. Both excellent machines.I preferred the fixed output holder on the older unit. The receiver.on the 9025 must be pulled out with each new print session and it protrudes weakly out where it can be inadvertantly hit by a person walking by. However, the basic operations work flawlessly and the print quality is excellent. I have been quite happy with HP equipment and I will continue to purchase newer computers and printers from them as thy become available.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] As usual, HP quality and reliability is evident in this printer. This dual-tray printer has smooth paper handling, even with heavier papers. Color reproduction us excellent and the printer is surprisingly quiet in operation. The only drawback for me has been the limited capacity of the output tray. Overall, this is a great.printer for home or a medium-duty home office.
The printer appears to be good. However, the HP sites are terrible. It's difficult to find what you want. You end up going around and around, with no solution to your problem. I searched for days trying to establish the scanner and scanner email. Finally someone commented that HP hadn't adapted to the latest Mac OS. When is this going to happen?
HP and probably all other printer makers have far too many models, making it very difficult to find info about a specific printer. Why not a minimal number, with version improvements, like operating systems and cars?
I am not happy with the speed of this printer. I was advised that this would be comparable to the printer I had and it's not even close.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Hi, Becky.
I'm sorry to hear that the printer is yielding prints so slowly. I can understand how disappointing this must be, especially considering you were told to expect speed comparable to your previous printer. We want to make sure that your printer is reliable for any urgent printing needs, so I’ll offer some resources and information I hope will help.
Regarding the slow printing, often just updating the firmware can help. You can find out how to do that here: - support.hp.com/us-en/document/c02919168

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The machine shuts down every time I try to fax. I spent an hour with tech support and thus far they haven't been able to fix it.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The specs for this printer said it would print 20 ppm. This printer seems incredibly slow. It starts and stops. very disappointing.
