I loved my HP All In One 8600. But after years of service it couldn’t Auto feed properly.
Bought new HP 9200 but disappointed that it’s built w more plastic, unable to print from my old Quicken program! Have to keep old 8600 to print checks but use new 9200 for all else!

I've owned over 4 HP printers over the years for home use. This is the worse HP printer that I have purchased. The quality of the plastic is cheap and flimsy. Colors aren't vibrant. Slow to wake up. Requires frequent rebooting to recognize print jobs.

I can understand why substandard print quality, the frequent need to reset the device and difficulty getting it out of sleep mode would be a frustrating start to ownership. First, I recommend following the steps listed in this guide to improving print quality, including faded or streaked prints, color or black ink not printing properly or at all, and blurred or fuzzy text:
