It replaced a Canon printer I bought 2 years ago to replace my HP printer & I hated the Canon printer - a piece of junk & not user-friendly. This printer prints so much faster holds more paper in the paper tray & I love HP Plus. Sticking to HP from now on!
Worst printer ever. Force you to order recurring ink and then doesn’t work after only 1 month. Broken. Prints are barely visible. Terrible printer and nothing but problems,

I can't do anything from the screen on the printer but I can do the bare minimum using HP Smart but for some reason the printer and app don't let me use all of the features of the printer like double-sided printing.

This printer is intended to be used wirelessly, but even with company IT help we can not get it to print without a cable. Super frustrating!

I LOVE how the 2 sided format works, it's amazing. I will always be an HP fan. And your help desk and sales force are wonderful.
