[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Purchased to replace a previous 9015 All-in-One Printer that failed within 13 months, but I liked the functionality of the old one enough to stick with the same printer. All printer functions work nicely with the HP Smart app, which can be downloaded to desktop and laptops computers and as well as mobile devices. Adding HP Plus at no cost results in an extra year of warranty. I then added the three-year HP Care Pack for a total of five years of warranty coverage. Very happy with the new printer and happy to now have warranty coverage for five years.

With my latest purchase, an OfficeJet Pro 9015e, I have had to replace the corrupted drivers twice in about a month. That is exactly 2 times more than I have ever had to on previous printers.

The print quality is superb! I have been printing photo quality pictures for my family that look like they came from a photo lab!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased this about a month ago and have been having so many issues with the software I'm starting to get very frustrated. I bought new because my previous machine was also experiencing so many software issues, and it was old enough that I believed updates were just no longer being supported. Perhaps the real problem is just with HP's software altogether!
