[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Had to buy the 9015 - 8620 died (printer head almost as much as new printer). Paper tray was bigger on 8620. I would have bought a different printer if I knew this one was of poorer quality!!!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So I already own a 9000 series printer and 2019 i decided to get the 9015 as a gift for my mother as i already know how much attention and detail went into making the printer super easy to set up and use from anything connected to your wifi. My mother was shocked when i printed out a document from her phone and from the printers email to show her the ease of use even when you aren't home. my favorite way to use this feature is by sending my online pay stubs home from work, for it to be ready to get filled away

We bought this a month ago. My husband was able to connect his laptop after 5 hrs . I am trying to connect my desktop and laptop to printer and unable to do. Instructions ask for WPS # supposedly in info we received. NOT. Really don’t want to hire someone to come out and do this. I want a manual and good instructions. Can’t get Smart App online as store keeps telling me there is a problem on their end! Can’t rate features because i can’t get it hooked up!
