I upgraded to the OfficeJet Pro 2015e and its great! It's quiet and prints quickly. The touch key pad makes it easier to make copies and the paper feed saves lots of time. It's also small enough to fit under my desk which allows more room for me to work.
I would recommend this to a friend!

My wife & I have had this printer less than a month. As such, we haven't used it all that much. Thus far, it has been excellent in every way. The print quality, both black & white text, color, graphics, copying function, etc. have been great! We haven't used fax or scan, yet. It's also very fast! I've read one review complaining that it's loud when running. This has not been our experience. My guess is the person complaining of this probably had the printer on a shaky stand or surface. We have ours on a very sturdy printer stand and it has been very quiet. The only complaints I have with this printer are that set-up was much more difficult than I anticipated and certainly more complicated than it should be for the average person. I finally had to resort to HP technical assistance from 2 different agents using one of my laptops, remotely, both times. The first one thought he set it up correctly but that proved not to be the case. The second finally got it right. I hope we don't have to go through this again when synching our other laptop and our desktop to it. I just may rely upon a USB cable connection for the desktop to, hopefully, avoid this. The only other very minor complaint I have is that the printer cartridges, upon insertion, didn't provide a tactile reassuring "click" to let you know they were seated or inserted properly. However, nothing to really worry about here because the printer will not operate and let you know if the cartridges are not seated properly. This may just be something we need to grow accustomed to. If this printer proves to be anywhere near as reliable as our first HP printer, we won't be buying anything other than an HP printer in the future.

WiFi connection / function horrible. Constantly shows weak signal yet sits in the exact same place as the Officejet 8600 Pro sat for years and worded flawlessly. Same internet provider and network. The first 9025 wouldn't even shut down, it would sit show shutting down for hours. Would have to unplug power supply. HP did an instant exchange and this one still has weak signal strength but at least shuts down like it should.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Tech support unable to guide in fixing a printed problem. Had to buy this substandard device. Tiny display, controls sloppy. Loses connectivity all the time, both Wi-Fi and Ethernet. What a horrible printer!

Response from hp.comBy Marco LuisiHP CareOctober 21, 2019
Hi there,

I'm sorry to hear that you've not had the experience you expected to with the printer. I can fully understand your disappointment regarding the connectivity issues with both Wi-Fi and Ethernet. I assure you that this is far from the seamless experience that we intend on providing. With that said, let's try a few things to remedy this.

First, I'd recommend taking the recommended steps in this 'Offline Printer' document:
- Windows: support.hp.com/us-en/document/c04249080
- Mac: support.hp.com/us-en/document/c04249334

As a supplement to that, this link will guide you through solutions for a wide range of other wireless issues: hp.dezide.com/ts/start.jsp?guide=Printer_Does_Not_Maintain_Wireless_Connection.net

If this falls short, please don't hesitate to reach out to us for support. We would be more than happy to work with you on resolving this. You can get in touch via your preferred method at this link: hp.com/contactHP

Hopefully this will get resolved soon for you!

In the meantime, I wish you a good day,

Marco

New Printer - New Features

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The first think I realized about the 9025 Officejet printer was how much cheaper it looked than the 8630 I had been using for years. It was easy to get working as a WI-FI printer. But
I thought I saw that as a FAX it could also operate at WE-FI and I was wrong. The front panel features are so small that I must use a rubber probe - which sometimes works and sometimes does not - to enter data. One of my fingers covers at least two keys at once. I really wanted my 8630 to be restored but was told that it could not, so I would have to buy a new type. The 9025 is just not sophisticated looking at all. It does print well. I hope the cable I am ordering will allow it to do my FAX work as well.

Loud and slow

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The first OfficeJet 9025 that I received was defective, had to send it back and HP sent another printer. The 2nd one works, but is slow to retrieve paper and very loud! This was an upgrade from the Officejet 8610 that had a printhead error. Thought I was upgrading to a better printer, but not impressed.
