I have had the printer jam 3 times in one day and decides to print extra pages which caused the jams. The print quality is good and it pretty fast. It is just frustrating when I jams and prints extra pages. If you don’t print much... it is a great printer.

Easy setup, so far works well from all devices, iOS and HP. Very disappointed that the 6 mos free ink isn't free. You must sign up for subscription ink service. I'll get over it eventually if it keeps working through scans, etc.

I had a great HP6400 series printer that finally wore out. I bought this one because it appeared to be so similar. It does have more features and seems solidly built. It was really easy to setup and is performing very nicely.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] For years I have wanted a printer that can copy and scan on two sides as well as print. This printer fills the bill. In setting up, though, the mechanism for inserting ink cartridges proved a little difficult. Other than that, I am thrilled with this printer and would not change it for the world. I am submitting this review in exchange for a Sweepstakes entry, but the opinions are my own
