[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I like the profile of this printer but it’s had some performance issues. First, it will not properly feed a sheet of labels. I was always able to print labels easily on my HP 8600 series, but this printer will not feed the sheet. Also, I have had to unplug/ rep lug it to clear a false “out of paper” signal after I unsuccessfully tried to print the mailing labels.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

This model replaces and extends the features of the previous model and at a significantly lower price. The addition of a second paper tray is a real benefit.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have been using the HP 9015 printer for a few weeks. It was super easy to set up requiring less than 10 minutes to unpack and install. I have printed a number of work documents from home and found the printer to provide high quality, fast, clean prints. I was pleasantly surprised by the speed of the prints as my previous printer was super slow on color prints however the 9015 was able to print smoothly and quickly. I set up the printer on a wireless network and downloaded the app so I could control quickly from my phone. Overall, this was a piece of cake and money well spent! I received this product at a discounted price in exchange for my honest opinion.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Purchase received on 9/9/2019 but wife was in hospital. Did not get it installed until a month later 10/9/2019. Still getting used to it but everything works great. Purchased instant ink. (I think old ink made my old printer's print heads go bad but it was getting quite old.) This one cost just a little more than replacement print heads. Only wish the flatbed scanner was larger. Flatbed is 8.5 X 11 wish it was 14. But other than that this makes a perfect printer for my needs. Because it is wireless I can keep it on a rolling stand. That is a great feature. Due to my wife being exceedingly sick I have moved my computer into the bedroom. I can use the printer remotely or roll it into the bedroom. Love the scan to e-mail feature. Usually keep it in another room but picture shows it on a bedside table in the bedroom. Keep it on the bedside table all of the time and role it into the bedroom when I am using it a lot and want to be close to it...

I have always hated printers because they mess up easy, or run outta ink fast or always something! Not this printer! The ink has lasted me for months, and through A LOT of pages being printed! I fax everyday from it! I print almost everyday, at least 100-200 pages and it still works amazing, has not given me the first problem! My favorite thing about my printer, is the fact I can print from my cell phone hours away! This printer has so many amazing features! Also the way it prints is amazing and very vivid! The pictures come out amazing! I am absolutely in love with my all in one office jet! If I could chose between this printer and another brand or even just another printer in general, this would be my choice out of every printer I have ever owned or even ever used! It faxes so fast! Also I have 3 kids, one being a newborn baby girl and it prints in silent mode, which is amazing because it does not affect her naps or sleeping! I wish everyone would just try this printer, you will not get the full vision or effects of how amazing it is until you do!

I'll never buy a non-hp printer, hp has all the good stuff, from the app that I can use to print, scan, and edit from anywhere to the quiet efficiency of the printer itself. With this printer I can print on cardstock with no problem, and that's important to me because I do a lot of paper crafting and card making. I think this printer is perfect. The customer service is great too!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was a little worried going in to this one since my previous printer had been a very efficient (albeit old) black and white laser printer. Unboxing a new device always has me a bit anxious about setup. This one was an absolute breeze. The instructions were easy and everything went extremely smoothly, no glitches at all. I had no issues connecting it to my wireless network and multiple devices. I even walked through my house sending files to print from different spots and devices and it had nary a hiccup. The print quality is excellent for both black and white and color and it does a nice job on glossy photo paper as well. I'm an educator and print documents and photos on a wide range of media for projects and have not been disappointed in anything I have tried yet. I also like that is comes with available Dash replenishment, no need to panic when I print something at the last minute and discover that one cartridge is empty. Easy two sided printing is the cherry on top. Overall, I am very happy with my purchase and would recommend this printer to any home user or small office.
