Workhorse!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We were looking for a printer that could handle the high volume that our nonprofit prints every week. We average about 3,000 prints a week. This printer has handled that volume beautifully. The second tray also allows you to press print and walk awsy without running out of paper during a job.
I would recommend this to a friend!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this a month ago. I like that it has two paper dispensers. I hope not the next modal you make it a bit taller to make more room for paper coming out. If the outbound tray could hold up to 300 pages, that would be perfect!

Disappointed in the quality

I have been disappointed in this printer since I hooked it up. I am experiencing repeated issues with the print function stopping after spooling, and I have to use Print & Scan Wizard to try and fix it, ultimately usually unplugging the power supply and re-starting the print job - sometimes 4 or 5 times to get it to work. The paper tray that extends out also seems flimsy compared to my previous HP printer, and I am worried it will break. The printer also seems to lose the wireless signal and tell me to move it closer to the Wifi source regularly, even though the two pieces of equipment are next to each other. The print quality (once I can get it to work) is fine, and it's quick, even on double-sided print. But I wish had not purchased this model.

Hi there,

I'm terribly sorry that you've had a complicated experience with the printer. We aim to provide reliability with our printers, so hearing about this is very disappointing. Going forward, I would really like to help remedy these issues so that the printer is running optimally for your printing needs.

First, I'd recommend using this troubleshooter to tend to frequent connection inconsistencies:
- Windows: support.hp.com/us-en/document/c04249080
- Mac: support.hp.com/us-en/document/c04249334

To complement that, the following link will help guide you through solutions to a wide range of wireless issues: hp.dezide.com/ts/start.jsp?guide=Printer_Does_Not_Maintain_Wireless_Connection.net

As for the other issues you're experiencing, I recommend contacting us for support. We would be more than happy to get them resolved for you. You can give us a call at +1 800-474-6836 between the hours of 8 am - 9 pm ET. To expedite the process, you can gather these beforehand:
- Model number
- Serial number
- Your location
- Your case number (from prior contact with support)

I hope this helps and again, my sincerest apologies.

Great options from the apps, slow printing

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have had this printer for a couple weeks now. I like the options it offers through the computer application. It is very user friendly. However, in the short time I have had it, the paper feeder has already jammed and the feeder tray holds a limited amount of pages. The print speed is surprisingly slow as well. I wish I had bought the laser printer instead.

All in One Perfection

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The HP OfficeJet Pro 9015 is an excellent do it all printer, fax ,scanner and copier. This printer has a lot of features in a compact frame that can compete with larger size printers. I was pleasantly surprised at the list of capabilities. The OfficeJet Pro 9015 has so many connectivity options, self-healing WiFi, WiFi direct, and Ethernet network for direct connections. There are various mobile printing apps to choose from as well.
The printer has a small 2.7" touchscreen to get everything setup. It took me less than 20 minutes to connect to WiFi, print a test page for calibration purposes, and performed an firmware update. I received an HP email address in order to print from anywhere. Then I tested mobile printing by attaching a document to an email and in less than 3 minutes, the printer successfully printed my documents. Scanning and faxing documents were a breeze also.
Some awesome features I really like are:
1. 35 sheet auto duplexing when copying, faxing, and scanning 2-sided jobs.
2. Holds 250 pages of copy paper.
3. A long list of connectivity options, WiFi, Ethernet, USB 2.0, various mobile apps,
4. Fast printing, faxing, and scanning jobs. Mobile printing is quite convenient.
5. Web interface can be used in place of the touchscreen.
6. Instant Ink is really affordable based on printing frequency.
Some areas I did not like so much are:
1. Small touchscreen, some options are hard to get to while using the 2.7" touchscreen.
2. Paper capacity of 250 pages may be on the smaller end for large print jobs.
I really could not find many faults with the all in one OfficeJet Pro 9015 besides the small touchscreen. This products really fits all my needs to summarize my experience with it. I am impressed with the compact design, and the overall print, fax, and scan capabilities. I definitely recommend the OfficeJet Pro 9015.

HP has never let me down

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love this printer because its fast and its quiet. Setup was super quick and easy. It isnt to big nor is it to small. It fits even better on my desk than my previous printer. So grateful that I was chosen to take part in this campaign! I received my HP 9015 just in time! It came about one week before my grandson began kindergarten. I use my HP printer several times a week. I make copies of my grandsons school work and art. I love that I can share it all between my daughter and I thanks to @theinsiders and @HewlettPackard.

Brand new to me.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This 9015 is brand new to me. It is easy to use (after a setup that required help from HP Tech Services). The print quality is typical good HP quality and it is fast. I was disappointed in the paper tray in that it can't be removed, has nothing to hold the paper in place (a feature that has already led to print errors) and gives the appearance of cheapness. Likewise, where the printed paper is ejected, the tray is disappointing and again reflects cheapness rather than the substantial quality of prior HP machines. Overall, I think the 9015 printer has typical HP technical superiority, but the physical aspects of the printer give the impression that it is not substantial. I hope it lasts.

Nice upgrade from OfficeJet 8600

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased the 9015 as a replacement for my old but trustworthy 8600 model. This one seems to come to ready faster and is a bit quieter than the 8600, and the print quality is the same if not better. Please remember that color print settings MUST be tweaked in the print system dialog box (Control, shift,P, then click Preferences) for the best image quality. If you do not not adjust these settings, your color images will look just average; adjusting these settings will give you 'manufacturer brochure' quality prints. In use for a month now with no problems, I am a low volume user (500 sheets/month) so I can not comment on high volume reliability. Giving 4 stars because of the annoyingly small and difficult to the touch display...the old 8600 was better in this regard.
