[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased this 9025 to replace our HP 8740 which is also a quality product and we were very happy with it but we use our printer a lot and attempt to upgrade when HP comes out with a improved product or the latest version of the one we have. The 9025 has basically the same excellent qualities as our 8740 but is smaller in size and has a little more capability in work functions. It appears to use less ink but has the same fine printing qualities and the ink seems to dry a little quicker. We do not have the problem with the tray sensors that the 8740 experienced. Constant warnings and reduction in printing speed. Also the 9025 ties into our smart phones a little better (At least it seems to). All in all we are very pleased with the 9025 and certainly would recommend it to others. Also if you have a limited space this will accommodate it better than the 8740.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Arrived in perfect condition. My computer was able to find it right away and I didn't even have to set up by typing in the ports. It just connected. It scans to email and printed right from my phone. I set up everything in less than 10 minutes! Couldn't ask for a more perfect home printer.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So far so good. Much more compact than my old HP8600. Still not sure about the ink plan I signed up for. I already received a box of ink and only have had the printer for two weeks!
I like the design and printing speed. However, the screen icons are too small and too hard to hit with a finger tip, and navigating them is not at all easy or evident. Why is there no complete guide to using the printer? The printer should sit on little rubber feet that elevate it say 1/4 inch so that the paper tray does not drag on the desk top or table top. Lastly, neither this 9015 nor the 9025 will print poem or story titles in color in landscaper format without blurring them.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased the HP OfficeJet Pro 9025 All-in-One Printer a few weeks ago after "retiring" my HP 8600 Plus. I loved my 8600 and had used it in a home office environment for +8 years with no issues or complaints. It finally gave out and although I desperately searched for the replacement part, none were to be had as the model was no longer available. So far so good with the 9025 which has the same amazing features as my old printer and requires less desktop space which is a big plus in the home office! I was surprised to find a printer of this caliber with the specific features I was looking for (especially the 2-sided print) at such a reasonable price. The full ream paper capacity is a big plus as well as the mobile print option. Very pleased so far!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this 2 weeks ago after my current printer had died and have been very happy with it. I was easily able to set it up myself. The quality and speed of printing are excellent. The photo printing is as good as prints I have sent out to be made!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We purchased this printer to replace our other HP that lasted us for 06 years. This is an excellent product with one exception. The receiving tray is too short. Copies just fall off the tray when piling up even with the small extension extended.
